![]() ![]() this is where I told Steam to install MFS. ![]() F:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\MicrosoftFlightSimulator\ - 1.58 GB - this is the location of the launcher install. The following is all the locations that files get placed/installed (for me) and how large the data placed there is: No mods, no 3rd party (community) content. Base standard edition with all free content updates from Microsoft installed. Maybe there is something similar for Windows? Is there an app that visually shows me what's taking up space? I have one on my Mac, I forget what it's called. So sorry about the confusion guys.but still my SSD still has a significant amount of used space that I cannot yet account for: With each update I feel like I'm losing large amounts of precious m.2 NVMe SSD storage space.Įdit: I misread it. ![]() ![]() I am suspecting that it's not cleaning up downloaded files after updates? The normal steam install location has the small launcher with only 1.5 GB while the bulk of the install appears to be in something like a user/AppData folder with something like 130 GB.I can't figure out where the rest is? There's around 100 GB that I can't account for. Is this normal? (++I can't be 100% sure because I didn't start paying attention until I began noticing my m.2 NVMe SSD drive having much less free space than I was expecting.) It has been growing (I think significantly++) since the initial install.
